1965 Mustang Coupe 289Cu – V8 – Automatic – recently restored

Full restored 1965 Ford Mustang Coupe, C-coded classic car, that has just been finished last month and the car was rebuild to the absolute highest quality standards using all 100% new original number matching Ford parts(FOMOCO). The car features one of the sweetest colour scheme Ford released from the factory in the old days: tropical turquoise exterior colour with all white interior, topped of with the sportier white Le Mans striping (wrapping, so could be removed if required)

This superb Coupe features a fresh new rebuild original 289Cu-2V V8 engine (195HP)(installed last month), mated to an Automatic C-4 transmission and has been upgraded with Petronix electronic ignition system.

The car is equipped with the desired options, like power steering, dual rear GT 2.25 inch slash-cut exhaust system, exited via the rear valance and an airconditioning system, etc etc. New 4 piston powered front disc brakes could also be installed if required.  Door tag and chassis number all matches correct specifications.

The basic body was super solid to start the rebuild. It has its original fenders, doors, quarter panels, taillight panel and door glasses and back glasses. As such the body did not receive ANY repair work and retains its full bodywork/frames structure and panels. By end of 2023 this car received a full new high-end professional metallic paintjob, epoxy primed, base coated and with a last clear coat layer, the paint shines deeps is in pristine condition, a real showpiece!!. Literally every part, nuts&bolts, chrome, bumpers, dashboard, instrument cluster, rubbers, etc etc are all BRAND new and/or fully restored to original condition. This car has been built with an high level for detail, the pictures speak for themselves.

The complete interior is new and retains its original look as it just came out of the factory, new carpet, seats, headliner, dashboard, instruments etc. Also the inside of the doors were nicely painted to match the exterior body colour.

Last but not least she rides on a new set of the classic American Racing Torque Thrust D 15 inch wide rims with – white letter – Galaxy Radial GT tires. (215/60/R15). providing a classic but still powerful stance.
